Winter Care
Maintenance and Care
Your Springfree trampoline is crafted with the highest-quality materials and is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions. However, all products experience general wear and tear. It’s important to regularly inspect your Springfree trampoline.
If you notice any parts that need replacing, we encourage you to do so promptly to ensure the longest possible lifespan for your trampoline. Contact us if you observe any of the following issues. We’ll be happy to help you replace parts or identify activities that may have caused damage.
Contact Us If You Notice Any of the Following: :
- Material defects in the mat or net
- Missing rods or rods disconnected from the mat
- Bent or broken frame
- Missing or broken mat rod holders
- Net rods broken
- Missing C-clips from the frame sockets
- Cracks or peeling in the sleeves covering the fiberglass rods
Under general use, it’s highly unlikely that a Springfree FlexiRod will break or delaminate. However, if you notice cracking or peeling, it is most likely due to sun damage to the composite rod sleeves. While the sleeves are coated with UV protection, over time, and depending on UV exposure intensity, they may deteriorate at an accelerated rate.

Tips for Proper Maintenance
- Avoid bringing sharp objects onto the trampoline.
- Use only a soft ball with the FlexrHoop
- Do not leave clear plastic balls on the mat, as sunlight can be magnified through the plastic, causing burn holes in the mat.
- Jump in the center of the trampoline.
- Avoid using the FlexiNet as a jumping surface. Although incredibly strong, it is designed to keep jumpers on the mat and should not be used for regular bouncing.
Snow Maintenance
Customers in colder climates often ask how to care for their Springfree during winter. Our trampolines are built with premium materials and designed for year-round use. To maintain your Springfree during the winter months, we recommend removing any snow accumulation with a soft-bristled brush or broom.
